Effective as of April 10, 2026. These terms govern your engagement with PaketDiet, ensuring a transparent relationship between our culinary team and your health-conscious lifestyle.
Service Agreement
By accessing paketdiet.id or ordering our Healthy meal delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. PaketDiet provides a professional Meal kit service specialized in prepared, nutritionally-optimized food delivered throughout Bandung and surrounding areas.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or our subscription services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Subscriptions & Menus
Our Balanced daily menu is designed by nutritionists to meet specific caloric targets. When you from PaketDiet, you acknowledge that while our chefs strive for precision, minor variations in nutritional values may occur due to the artisanal nature of fresh food preparation.
- Menu cycles are updated weekly and available on our Weekly Menu page.
- All Calorie-controlled set meals are prepared in a centralized facility following strict hygiene standards.
Every Diet menu with delivery is crafted with precision at our Bandung facility.
Logistics & Safety
We prioritize the integrity of our ingredients from our Our Sourcing partners to your doorstep. It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery instructions.
Delivery Windows
Deliveries take place during the slots selected at checkout. PaketDiet is not liable for spoilage if meals are left unattended past the agreed window.
Allergies
While we offer ingredient transparency, our kitchen handles nuts, soy, and gluten. We cannot ensure an environment free of cross-contamination.
Financial Conduct
Payments for our Meal kit service are processed upfront via secure Indonesian payment gateways. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets.
Refunds are issued solely in the form of service credits unless a verifiable error is made by PaketDiet logistics.
Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled via the user dashboard at least 72 hours before the next billing cycle.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of paketdiet.id shall be resolved in the courts of Bandung, West Java.
